1.Curate
You are a creative person. Being in creation mode is fun for you, and it seems like the logical thing to do when it’s time for growth. BUT BEFORE YOU CREATE, YOU HAVE TO CURATE
You've already built a business. In order to create the growth you want, you gotta refine what you have. It's a necessary process & without it you’re gonna stay stuck.
You need to evaluate your body of work (your clients, systems, programs etc.) & eliminate what doesn’t fit in the future vision, so you are left with a solid structure for your next growth stage.
Take what you have and make it the best it can be before doing more.
2. Experiment
Before you can do more, you need to know more. One reason your ideas aren’t working is you are missing data. It’s time to experiment.
This step IS NOT just throwing spaghetti at the wall (a feeling I am sure you are not trying to repeat now that you are in an elevated stage of business). This step is about making calculated moves to learn more information.
This is the stage that makes or breaks all start ups. The one’s you have heard of, experiment regularly. The one’s you haven’t, didn’t.
Experimenting is a regular business practice for thriving businesses, but most solopreneurs or small businesses don’t do it and probably don’t even think about it.

3. Create
Now you can create. This is where you get to do what you do best. You have the capacity & the vision for creating your business’ future.
Putting creation last allows you to really make something special, because everything is lined up and ready to go.
Make a course, start a podcast, create a new offering. Whatever it is, in the Lab you will create something that is uniquely you.

I have too, which is why I designed this program for what you actually need to be successful. The Innovation Lab is built like a hybrid between business school and an artist residency. You get structure, strategy, and accountability without the overwhelm of a traditional course. This isn’t about watching modules with a pat on the back and a promise you will make your money back. It’s about getting shit done, with expert feedback every step of the way.
You’ll bring your real business challenges and projects into the Lab, and we’ll refine them together. That includes things like copy review, offer structure, business model evaluation, and idea testing. You will see me every week for 3 months and we will make sure life doesn’t life you into not finishing.
They are dope af. Calls consist of a small intimate group of creative entrepreneurs getting together to work through their business growth. Each person gets time with me to bring to the table what they are working through, so there is never a lull in your progress. Sometimes other participants will share their insight if appropriate. You get a community of like minded people & regular support to keep you growing with ease.
Q: What are the weekly group calls like?
Q: Things a little tight right now… Are there payment plans?
ALWAYS. I will always offer a payment plan for every budget. My goal is to make business growth as accessible as possible. There are so many over priced programs out there with limited support. This is not that.
Q: I am not a creative, can I still participate?
ABSOLUTELY YES! I work with creative minded entrepreneurs, which is pretty much any entrepreneur really. Since this is ultimately a creative process, that’s why I use the term creative entrepreneur. But seeing as you have made it this far in the sales page, I would say you are a perfect fit.
